PRICES for all goods and delivery shown on the website are quoted individually and all INCLUDE VAT at 20% (except Heat Logs which are 5% VAT).
Estimated DELIVERY CHARGES for each product are shown on each individual product page and these are to standard mainland UK addresses only. Delivery is 'estimated' because if you are buying more than one item it may be possible to make savings on charges by grouping parcels. Precise delivery charges can therefore only be calculated during checkout when we know exactly how many items you are buying, the total weight for the order, and the exact location (or even country) to which you would like the order delivered.
DELIVERY TIMES quoted are also to mainland UK - if your delivery address is outside mainland UK then please remember delivery times will be longer. Click HERE to see the detailed delivery information page.
PRIVACY POLICY - please note Green & Easy will never reveal or sell your personal details to third parties except where necessary to deliver your order. You can sign up to receive our occasional newsletter if you choose, but you can always unsubscribe at any time.
SHOPPING HELP ! You do NOT need to open an account to purchase anything from us. Simply browse the website, and when you find the item(s) you would like to purchase simply click 'Add to basket'. When you have added the item(s) to your basket and want to pay for your purchase, then either go to the basket and click 'Go to checkout', or click the 'Go to checkout' button in the mini-basket which should now be visible on the right-hand side of all other pages of the website. Follow the instructions from then on to complete your purchase. We accept the following cards:-
SECURITY - We take protection of your details very seriously, and shopping with us is fully secure. We use Sagepay to process your payment, and Comodo to certify encryption of any personal information transmitted over the internet. We have also adopted the online version of chip and pin (Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode) to provide further protection against fraud. More details can be found in our Terms and Conditions (link at bottom of page).
'MY PROFILE' gives you access to view your order history and the facility to edit the details you gave when either shopping with us before or signing up to the newsletter. 'TRACK AN EXISTING ORDER' allows you to see progress of any outstanding order you have placed. Simply sign-in to either of these areas using the email address and password you gave when originally shopping or signing-up to the newsletter - the same email and password will sign-in to both these pages.
