You will find below some of the most frequently asked questions we're asked here at Green & Easy. If you need more information then please either try the Terms & Conditions link at the bottom of any page, or call Customer Services on 0345 257 0550 (office hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with limited email monitoring on weekends).
CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS: Monday 23rd Dec 9am to 5.30pm, Christmas Eve 9am to 12pm, Christmas Day & Boxing Day closed, Friday 27th 9am to 3pm, Monday 30th 9am to 5.30pm, New Year's Eve 9am to 12pm, Wednesday 1st January closed. Normal service resumes Thursday 2nd January with Happpy New Year wishes to all our customers. Please note most of our suppliers are closed over Christmas week so we are not able to ship items which are delivered direct from manufacturer, those orders will be shipped in the New Year but we'll keep you informed about potential delivery dates.
PRICES for all goods and delivery shown on the website are quoted individually and all INCLUDE VAT at 20% (except Heat Logs which are 5% VAT). Customers in Channel Islands please note we have no mechanism in checkout to remove VAT so it is always charged.
DELIVERY - Standard delivery to mainland UK postcodes is free of charge. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight are only included as standard if we ship the product(s) you select by Royal Mail, otherwise it is determined by the weight and value of your consignment. Where our standard delivery is by courier, they may or may not consider you as a mainland postcode. Any additional shipping charged based on your location will be calculated and clearly displayed in your basket once you have entered your delivery postcode. We can only calculate the precise delivery charge when we know your postcode and / or country. If you are not willing to pay any additional delivery charge you can simply choose not to proceed with your order. For more information please click here .
DELIVERY TIMES - quoted are also to mainland UK, if your delivery address is outside mainland UK then naturally delivery times will be longer. Information about delivery can be viewed under the 'delivery' tab in each product page.
SHOPPING HELP - You do NOT need to open an account to purchase anything from us. Simply browse the website, and when you find the item(s) you would like to purchase simply click 'Add to basket'. When you have added the item(s) to your basket and want to pay for your purchase, update the basket if necessary and click 'Proceed to checkout'. Follow the instructions on the one-page checkout to complete your purchase as a guest or tick the box if you want to save your details so you can track your order. We accept the following cards:-

SECURITY - We take protection of your details very seriously, and shopping with us is fully secure. We use Sagepay to process your payment, and Comodo to certify encryption of any personal information transmitted over the internet. We have also adopted the online version of chip and pin (Verified by VISA and Mastercard SecureCode) to provide further protection against fraud. 'TRACK AN EXISTING ORDER' allows you to see progress of any outstanding order you have placed, and your order history. Simply sign-in using the email address and password you gave when originally shopping, but note this function is not possible for those who choose to checkout as a guest as therefore we do not have any log in details for you.
