Not to be confused with basic rainwater diverters; although a little more expensive this 3P Technik filter collector is a highly efficient rainwater filter. It has removeable, stainless steel, filter mesh which eliminates leaves, sludge and other detritus from your waterbutt. Once your waterbutt or rainwater storage system is full the filter automatically acts as the overflow outlet.

Here's how it works:-

1. Rainwater is channelled from the filter entrance to the sieve cartridge

2. Dirt is rinsed to the sides and into the sewer

3. Cleaned water is led through the cartridges outlet channel into storage

This unit has been specifically adapted for the UK market and will fit downpipes from 65 to 100mm (not just 65mm square and 68mm round). and the filter can be removed in seconds for cleaning without have to demount the filter body from your downpipe.
