Petrol Hoover Mowers

Hover mowers with their easy manoeuvrability are sometimes the only viable solution for cutting steep banks and more difficult terrain, and although there are smaller electric powered versions available in many cases access to mains power is not possible. Fortunately there is still a greener choice you can make by choosing the Flymo XL500 which uses the eco-friendly 4-stroke Honda GCV160 engine. Apart from generating significantly lower emissions than traditional lawnmower engines this class leading 4-stroke engine has also been specially designed for easy starting and use on slopes of up to 45°.

Offering advanced petrol hover mower for easy manoeuvrability and cutting in tough conditions, Flymo's eco-friendly Honda engined XL500Plus provides all the benefits of air cushion mowing, with the additional benefit of petrol power and freedom. To complete the package, a set of transport wheels are also available for the XL500 and can be selected from the accessories list below.

All petrol-powered mowers supplied by Green & Easy are shipped dry, which means you need to add oil before using the machine for the first time. Failure to add the correct oil in correct quantities as advised in the accompanying manual will result in damage to the engine. Please note that this eventuality is considered user error and NOT covered by warranty.

Make sure you do not dispose of any packaging materials and especially boxes until satisfied that the machine is working properly. It is recommended that you store the box after this as this will be needed in the event the machine needs to be returned for any reason including warranty repair.
