This is the larger Forest Log Store offering 1.3 cubic metres of storage when fully loaded. Like all Forest products it is made in the UK from certified sustainably sourced timbers which are pressure treated to give 15 year guaranteed anti-rot protection. The traditional rustic design of the log store will grace any garden, and both the slatted sides and raised slatted base ensure adequate air circulation to effectively season your timber whilst simultaneous protecting it from the elements.

I have had one of these for a while now, and have had no problem what so ever with the roof leaking. I do agree with other posts though about the predrilling. I would buy another without hesitation. Looks great and will last a long time.

I purchased this same product from Argos last year. The shiplap roof did leak. It is my opinion that the shiplap roof sourced material was not the best. I have flipped the lid, silicone sealed all the inside joins, and wood oiled the exposed surface. This has cured the problem. I agree that for the cost it should, in general, be waterproof, but I live in the UK, and it has rained a lot. An awful lot. And it has kept the wood dry as a bone within reason sicne the repair. I think if you want leakproof you need to felt it.

Well worth the money. Pre-drilled holes would have made it completely perfect, but that aside, I am very happy. It will do exactly what it says on the tin.

Just got one of these, paid £99 for it, and its well well worth the money.
Way bigger than what Focus, Argos and co have to offer, and my roof is sound as a pound. It holds a huge amount of wood v other stores out there, and as soon as Xmas is over and I have a couple more quid I'll be ordering another

Somewhat confused about reviews withe regard to leaking roofs. We have had 2 of these for over a year now and have just installed a 3rd 2 months ago and have had no problems at all! can only wonder if prvious reviewers have been very unlucky (or perhaps we have been very lucky) or possibley they have not been correctly assembled.
With regard Tesco and Argos recommendation I would be very cautious as these products are considerably smaller capacity so work out a lot more expensive by storage capacity and I oubt the qualit is liekly to be any better at these budget prices.

Agreed with the previous customer. After two months of owning, the roof leaks terribly and will need felting or replacing. I'd claim on the warranty but the extra hassle of having to stay in means its easier to fix it yourself.
Try similar cheaper products from Argos or Tesco with felt already in place.

I have just bought my 3rd one of these and think they represent really good value for money. I'm sure you can find better finished log stores, but not at this price! Its horses for courses and for a little over £100 and a big capacity the Forest Large Log store does a great job.

Extremely disappointed with this as when it rains the roof leaks.I had previously bought another log store from this site and it is (and still is ) great.Must have been sourced from a different supplier.My advice is do not buy this.Have also seen the same complaint of this same product where it is for sale on other sites.
