Designed with the modern consumer in mind the Combi-Steam XSL is packed full of innovative features and programmes to help you maximise your cooking potential.  With the V-ZUG BakeOmatic you don’t need to bother entering the time, temperature, operating mode or weight because it will help you get excellent results easily, quickly and reliably.  There are numerous other features which all help you achieve the best cooking results:

• The professional baking mode produces bakery-quality breads and pastries at home, puff pastries are extra airy and breads are wonderfully light and develop an appetising, gleaming crust
• Pre-prepared and convenience foods no longer need a microwave, with the Regeneration programme these foods are exposed to a special combination of steam and hot air,  warming them without losing their quality or moisture
• Meat is always exactly how you want it with the patented SoftRoasting programme and electronic food probe, allowing you to specify the core temperature which is then matched to within 1 degree.  Stunning results everytime
• Biscuits, fruit flans and quiches all benefit from the Hot Air and Hot Air-Humid programmes with the optimal circulation of air and ventilation providing the perfect environment for two trays of your favourite baking dish.  Gratins and soufflés are particularly suited to the Hot Air-Humid mode, cooking faster and not drying out.
